The cost of shipping on Two Day or Next Day shipping will be added to the cost of your order, even though the invoice will list it at $0.00. Shipping Time:
 On available merchandise orders can usually ship within 3-6 business days. If merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you with the options you have. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships

Returns & Replacements

            With the exception of custom and engraved orders Elitesterling.com will accept all returns of new merchandise provided they are returned within 7 days                      of receipt.

           The returned items may not have been used, washed, or altered in any way, and should be returned to EliteSterling.com in it's original packaging. You                        must contact Elitesterling.com at (800) 845-4670 to receive a return authorization.

           EliteSterling.com will determine, based upon its own subjective judgment, whether the returned item(s) conform with the aforementioned.          

           Noncompliance with the aforementioned will result in the item not be accepted for return. Furthermore, custom and engraved orders are not returnable.

           You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to EliteSterling.com and should send the package to the address provided by Elite sterling

          Please do not return an item without getting a return authorization and shipping information from us! Any orders returned without a prior authorization               will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The return authorization is easy to get - just call us or email us.

Upon receiving an item in return, a credit will be issued by thesilvergalleria.com for the amount paid for the item minus the actual shipping and handling charges incurred by Thesilvergalleria.com. The monies can be credited toward a future purchase at thesilvergalleria.com, or EliteSterling.com can refund the money the same way you paid.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what item number (from our site) you would like as a replacement.

If you would like to return an item after seven days have passed, the item will be subject to a twenty percent restocking fee. Furthermore, the items must conform with the aforementioned (not used, washed or altered, etc...). The restocking fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances (ten days have passed instead of seven days, etc..)
